Premiere Builders Exchange started in late 1978 started out of a need that was voiced by local builders to have a central location to “exchange” information about local projects and to circulate plans among local contractors and provide construction reporting services. The need for a name change as well as new site was needed as their area of service expanded. With the name change, the need for integrated marketing arose throughout all of their collateral and communications, events and physical space.
